The Fr. Wayne Elkins Council is located at St. Catherine of Siena parish in Spring Branch at 10688 Shadow Wood on the corner of Shadow Wood and Stebbins, or one block east of the Sam Houston toll road. The Grand Knight for 2002-2003 is Mike Graul. The Past Grand Knight is C. W. Bill Sullivan. Contact the Knights by phone at 713-464-7170, or by emailing the Grand Knight, Jay Wark.

Meetings are held on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month in the parish hall at 7:30 p.m.

Fr. Wayne Elkins Council # 12837 was founded on December 15, 1999 through the efforts of State District Deputy William Clark and members from Council 4550. Council 12837 was named after Fr. Wayne Elkins, who was pastor of St. Catherine of Siena parish from 1985 until his death in 1995.  The Fr. Wayne Elkins Council works closely with the  parish council at St. Catherine of Siena and provides funds and support for various parish and community projects..
